By requesting a tour, you acknowledge that:
- In-Person Tours: You are responsible for your own transportation to the property. All tours must be confirmed by a licensed agent.
- Video Chat Tours: We are not responsible for technical delays or internet connectivity issues during the live stream. Video tours are for informational purposes and may not capture every detail of the property.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
2. Information Accuracy
While we strive for excellence, Miami VIP Living does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of property descriptions, square footage, or pricing displayed on this site. All information should be independently verified.
3. Collection of Information
When you submit a tour request, you agree to provide a valid Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. We use this data to:
- Confirm your appointment.
- Provide property updates.
- Connect you with a licensed real estate professional (Gerardo “Jerry” Barrios | LPT Realty).
4. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third-party telemarketers.
5. Agency Disclosure
Scheduling a tour through this website does not automatically create an exclusive broker-client relationship unless a separate representation agreement is signed.
